For the first time with proper English subtitles: the long version of the security camera footage from the Sde Teiman rape and torture incident that started the whole affair, as aired on Kan 11’s Zman Emet on May 6, 2025.
It’s worth mentioning that this incident was not unusual in any way. Similar torture and rape (and much worse) is happening 24/7 in all of Israel’s concentration camps. The only unusual aspect in this case is the fact that a faux investigation was launched, triggering a massive wave of “right-to-rape” protest across the country.
The Israeli soldiers who gang-raped a Palestinian detainee at the Sde Teiman torture center held a press conference boasting that they are still free. They proudly declared: “We will prevail!”
As for the Israeli army’s military prosecutor who dared to investigate their case — an investigation that led nowhere due to pressure from the Chief of Staff, the Defense Minister, and Netanyahu — she allegedly leaked the videos of the rape to the media.
She has now been placed under detention on charges of obstructing the investigation after attempting suicide yesterday during the rapists’ press conference. She was dismissed from her position, defamed publicly, and is currently under investigation.
