The fallout from the Jeffrey Epstein files has delivered another shockwave to the British establishment.
Former ambassador to the US Peter Mandelson has been arrested on suspicion of misconduct in public office.

Peter Mandelson’s arrest is the latest fallout from the Epstein files – a trove of documents linked to the late sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.
Al Jazeera’s Charlie Angela and Camille Nedelec has more from London.
Jonathan Tonge is a professor of politics at the University of Liverpool and a specialist on British and Irish politics.
He says this could have a knock-on effect for current UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer.
