Infectious diseases are spreading at an alarming rate in Gaza, exacerbated by nine months of ongoing conflict. The war has decimated medical facilities and severely compromised sanitation systems. The situation is further deteriorated by the lack of clean water and the scarcity of basic hygiene products such as soap and shampoo.
