Israel’s Defence Minister Israel Katz has laid out his government’s plans to forcibly transfer the entire Palestinian population of Gaza.
Katz says he wants to turn the ruins of Rafah into a “humanitarian city” which appears to be more like concentration zones.
Critics say the plan for forced displacement amounts to a blueprint for war crimes.
