At least 35 people have been killed in an Israeli strike on tents housing displaced people in Rafah. Many of the dead and injured are women and children. The area where this happened is known as Tal as-Sultan, an overcrowded refugee camp in northwestern Rafah. It’s near a building used by UNRWA, the UN Agency for Palestinian Refugees. Thousands of Palestinians have been sheltering there, after fleeing Israeli strikes in other areas of the Strip. Al Jazeera’s Hind Al Khoudary reports from Deir el-Balah in central Gaza.
