Iran says it’s built a new enrichment site that is ready to operate.
It was announced as a countermeasure, hours after the UN’s nuclear watchdog formally found that Iran is not complying with its nuclear obligations for the first time in 20 years.
The resolution was put forward by France, the UK and Germany and passed with 19 votes in favour, three against and 11 abstentions.
